Effortless Hydration for Every Ride

Ditch outdated bottle cages and experience next-level hydration with the Muc-Off x Fidlock Twist Bottle. Whether you're an MTB shredder, gravel grinder, road cyclist, or urban commuter, this bottle keeps your hydration secure, accessible, and hassle-free.

Technical Information

INSTALLATION

  • The TWIST bike base is installed using the bottle cage braze-ons provided by the manufacturer on the down tube or the seat tube of the bicycle frame.
  • Please make sure that the arrows and the marking “up” are pointing upwards after assembly. On the TWIST bottle 450 the FIDLOCK-logo must be facing upwards, be legible and shouldn’t be upside down.
  • For the TWIST bike base to be securely fixed to the frame a bolting torque of 2 Newton meters (Nm) is needed.
  • If vibrations should occur during your ride then there is the possibility that the bottle can come in contact with the bike frame. To protect your frame from damage or scratches please use the included frame stickers .
  • Note: Only use the screws included in the scope of delivery. Screws with a higher head can lead to the TWIST bottle 450 not connecting to the TWIST bike base securely and could come loose during the ride
  • If you are uncertain during the assembly please ask us for assistance.

RELEASING THE CONNECTOR

To release the bottle from the connector, turn the latch anticlockwise with a coin or Allen key so that the mark is in the “open” position; conversely, to connect the bottle, turn the latch to “close”

USE

  • Clean the water bottle thoroughly with clean water before the first use
  • Please familiarise yourself with the TWIST bottle 450 and the TWIST bike base before you first use it and check the function. Also make sure that the assembly has been carried out according to the specifications.
  • To attach the TWIST bottle 450 to the TWIST bike base simply bring the TWIST bottle 450 close to the TWIST bike base. The magnetic force will pull the TWIST bottle 590 in and both parts will lock mechanically, you will hear the “click” and know that it has been successfully connected.
  • To remove the TWIST bottle 450 from the TWIST bike base simply TWIST clockwise until the mechanical locking has disengaged.

Attention: please be aware that liquids can leak from the bottle if the protective cap isn’t properly closed or has been disassembled.
