Evolution never stops which is why, across all frames in Cube's SizeSplit system, the Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC now features the ability to house up to a 750Wh battery under its dust- and splash-proof cover. It means you can power the fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit, with 85Nm of hill-devouring torque, on long rides, whatever frame size fits you best. The Boost 148 rear axle, large pivot bearings and All Mountain Geometry deliver assured handling, even when you're exploring the limits of the 140mm rear and 150mm front travel. Sram's UDH gear hanger helps protect against crash damage and is easily replaceable. Integrated Cable Routing reduces maintenance and complements the clean lines of the full carbon main frame.
You can tell the Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC TM 750 has tough trails in its sights. A Fox 36 Performance fork up front, paired with a Fox Float X Performance piggyback shock at the rear, delivers point-and-go rock-devouring precision. The light-but-tough Newmen wheelset, shod with Maxxis Assegai 2.5in and Minion DHR II 2.4in tyres, will help keep you rolling. Powerful Magura MT7 brakes keep your speed in check, on demand. Cube paired Bosch's fourth-generation CX drive unit with Sram's wide-ranging GX Eagle transmission for fingertip shifting and seamless drive. They even included a remote dropper post because who knows what obstacle the next trail will throw your way.
Get back to the future with the Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC TM 750's powerful Bosch CX drive, tough Fox suspension components and sophisticated Cube frame design and kinematics. Endlessly adaptable and effortlessly capable, it's your ticket to mountain adventures.
Efficient Trail Control
The Efficient Trail Control series works in the background so that everyone can have more fun on the trail. A low leverage ratio and linear compression rate are the technical way of saying that these bikes are very sensitive to trail obstacles, whilst remaining insensitive to pedal-induced bob and giving a full range of travel.
Advanced Twin Mould
The Advanced Twin Mould process uses two precisely manufactured forms for C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
Agile Trail Geometry
Agile Trail Geometry is a development of Cube's popular and well received Agile Ride Geometry, with a focus on riders who enjoy pushing their limits on the trails. By lowering standover height and allowing more room for the rider to move around over the bike, they've created a setup that rewards adventurous line choices.
Boost148
A wider hub makes a stiffer wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better handling. That's the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency. So, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels.
Fully Integrated Battery
The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows Cube to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.
Advanced Internal Cable Routing
Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? Cube came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.
Modular Battery System
In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with the Modular Battery System, Cube have made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and they've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.
SizeSplit
The right bike should fit you perfectly. That's why Cube created SizeSplit. For shorter riders, the smaller 27.5in wheel standard allows us to build frames that fit well while remaining agile and sure-footed. For taller riders, Cube built a range of sizes around the fast-rolling 29er wheel standard. Whichever one you choose, you can be sure of a fit that makes your bike feel as though it was built just for you.
Universal Derailleur Hanger
One standard for all: gear hanger replacement made easy thanks to the innovative Universal Derailleur Hanger. With a design that includes some room for pivoting to help prevent chain jams, it improves shifting performance and works with all drivetrains. Best of all, it's a standard part that is available anywhere.
