The Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Alloy Full Suspension Mountain Bike is far from your average trail bike. It's designed for serious action, featuring the same cutting-edge design as its carbon counterpart. This includes an adjustable head tube angle, 150mm of finely-tuned travel, S-Sizing adaptability, and SWAT™ Door integration, all housed in a lightweight yet robust M5 Alloy frame. This setup enables you to tackle trails you once thought were only possible with a dedicated downhill rig.
The Stumpjumper EVO Elite Alloy is built to take on the toughest trails with confidence. Equipped with a reliable SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, sturdy 30mm-wide alloy wheels, and Rx Tuned Fox FLOAT Factory suspension, it’s ready for any challenge.
All the travel in the world is useless without the proper shock tuning and kinematics. For the new Stumpjumper EVO design, Specialized prioritised kinematic performance. Applying lessons learnt from developing the Enduro and over 1,000 hours of field and suspension lab development, Specialized have not only improved the pedaling performance of the Stumpjumper but also made it more capable, agile, and lively. Specialized increased anti-squat to better resist pedal bob and further improved bump performance on square-edge hits. This bike shreds trails, not your legs.
The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is Specialized's most progressive yet. It features a long, low, slack design with a short offset fork and a steeper seat tube angle, essential for modern progressive riding. However, not everyone rides the same way, which is why the geometry on the new Stumpjumper EVO is fully adjustable with six different settings. You can adjust the bottom bracket height by 10mm and the head angle by two degrees, independently. Additionally, the EVO allows for a mullet setup, running a 27.5-inch rear wheel with a 29-inch front wheel. All business up front and party in the back.
Rider-First Engineered™ frames use a size-specific approach to ride characteristics that ensure benchmark handling and flawless performance, regardless of frame or rider size. Whether you’re a jump-happy rider on an S1 or a downhill enthusiast on an S6, you’ll experience the same sharp cornering and balanced stiffness at the lightest possible weight.
Specialized introduced the SWAT™ door on the Stumpjumper in 2016, providing internal storage for essentials like pumps and spare tubes, making jersey pockets redundant.
