Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 30 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.
We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We want to take the hassle out of Christmas for you so we have extended our Returns period during this time. Any products purchased between 1st December 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 15th January 2024. Please refer to our returns policy before returning your items.
