The Revo-F boasts a two-axis concave pedal body, a fully usable platform, and a pin system for fine-tuning grip levels, offering unparalleled on-trail performance.
Built for durability, the Revo-F spins on an extra-wide Igus bush and three cartridge bearings, with fully sealed internals to protect against the elements. The patent-pending design ensures easy home maintenance using standard tools.

RIDE-TUNED PERFORMANCE
- Fully Concave Platform: Offers the highest level of support and control with a deep concave profile, maintaining a thin outer depth of just 18mm.
- Asymmetric Pin Positioning: Combined with an increased width axle, it ensures the full platform and all ten pins are usable, accommodating all shoe sizes.
TUNEABLE GRIP
- Adjustable Pin Height: Factory-fitted with ten 5.5mm height pins per side. Includes an additional forty pins and washers to adjust the pin height from 5.5mm to 4.5mm, 3.5mm, or 2.5mm, making it one of the most tunable pedals available.
- Screw-Through Pins: Easily removable if damaged through impact.
UNIQUE AXLE SYSTEM
- Easy Home Servicing: Patent-pending axle system allows for full home maintenance using standard tools. Requires a 6mm and 8mm hex key, a standard 8mm socket, a torque wrench, and a mallet.
- Integrated Bushing Removal and Installation: The axle facilitates both removal and reinstallation of the bushing. Bearings are pressed into place using the pedal internals.
DURABLE INTERNALS
- Inboard Mechanism: Features an extra-wide Igus bush, sealed with a full-contact wiper seal.
- Outboard Mechanism: Equipped with three cartridge bearings; two smaller bearings and a larger outermost bearing, sealed with an end-cap O-ring.
- Full-Length Axle: Supports the bearings, providing protection from damage in rock-strike incidents.
FORGED AND CNC MACHINED
- Main Body Construction: Made from forged 6061 aluminium, fully CNC machined to remove excess material.
- Rock Strike Performance: Smooth front face without cut-outs allows the pedal to slide over rocks rather than snagging.
- Smooth Operation: Pedal body spins around a high-grade, forged, machined, and precision-ground chromoly axle.
