Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 30 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Silca Wax Starter Pack is a two-step system designed to prepare and wax your bike chain, significantly enhancing its adhesion and longevity.

This pack includes two 4oz bottles: one of Ultimate Chain Stripper Wax Prep and one of Super Secret Chain Lube. Together, they can extend your chain's lifespan by up to 30%.

First, use the biodegradable chain stripper. This quick, eco-friendly solution replaces the lengthy, multi-step process that typically involves harsh chemicals and multiple rinses. The chain stripper lifts and encapsulates factory lubricant in just two easy applications.

Start with a new or nearly new chain. Without removing it from the bicycle, apply one drop of the chain stripper to each roller while backpedaling. Let it sit for five minutes, then backpedal for 10 revolutions to agitate the solution, applying another drop per roller. After another five minutes, rinse the chain with clean water while backpedaling at least 10 revolutions.

Next, apply the Super Secret Chain Lube. This environmentally friendly lube silences the chain and provides the speed of a hot melt wax dip. Ensure the chain is in a straight gear ratio, shake the bottle, and tilt it halfway. Apply one or two drops per roller while backpedaling, and use your fingers to work the lube into the rollers through three to four revolutions. Then pedal forward for the same number of revolutions, shifting through all the gears on the rear cassette at least once. Let the lube dry for 30-40 minutes, and remove any excess.

In less than an hour, your chain will be prepped and lubricated for optimal performance and extended durability.
