Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Shop with confidence. If you've ordered the wrong size or you're not happy with a purchase it's not a problem. We want to help you find the right products to get the most out of your cycling. Simply return the item to us within 30 days in unused condition with all the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. *InvisiFrame kits are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the product as low as possible. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us to discuss the returns process.

The Silca Ultimate Chain Wax System provides a hassle-free way to degrease and wax your bike chain using Silca’s Secret Chain Blend Hot Wax and StripChip Hot Melt Chain Degreaser. This complete system allows for easy chain maintenance with minimal preparation.

  • Complete Chain Waxing System: Includes a Chain Coupler, Chain Hanging Stand, and Wax Melter for efficient chain maintenance.
  • Simple Waxing Process: Fill the Wax Melter with 300g of Silca Secret Chain Blend Hot Wax, heat it, and use the system to wax your chain.
  • Degreasing and Waxing Together: Heat wax to 125°C, add a StripChip, and immerse the chain for thorough cleaning and waxing. Agitate gently for 30 seconds, let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove and allow it to cool before installation.
  • Degreasing Without StripChip: Use Silca’s Ultimate Chain Stripper + Wax Prep to clean the chain before waxing. Submerge the chain in the solution, shake, and rinse thoroughly before waxing.
  • Efficient Waxing Process: Immerse the chain in the Wax Melter at 75°C, agitate until no air bubbles remain, and hang to dry. Cool for 10-15 minutes before handling.
  • Waxing With Quick Link: For chains with quick links, avoid immersion and apply Silca Super Secret Wax Lube Chain Coating after waxing.
